Tart, tangy, and beautifully ruby-red! Fresh roselle calyces are a short-season specialty and the heart of hibiscus tea, tropical jams, and syrups. Use them fresh or dry them for later to make vibrant teas, jams, cordials, and more. Only available for a few short weeks each year, so get them before we run out for the year! Sold as a 1/2 lb bag.
