Our cottage micro-bakery is an extension of the farm itself, specializing in long-fermented farmhouse breads alongside a rotating selection of artisan cookies, brownies, scones, and more. Our menu proudly draws inspiration both from the land we farm and from the flavors of our own heritage and cultural upbringing. We bake with organic ingredients and source directly from our own market garden (including our pasture-raised Wonderground eggs) as well as from trusted local suppliers whenever possible. Every loaf and pastry reflects the same values that guide our farming—seasonal, intentional, and rooted in place—bringing the freshest flavors of the field into the kitchen and onto your table.
