Italian Sweet Peppers

Long and slender Italian horn peppers with a rich, sweet flavor and thin skin that roast and sauté beautifully but can also be eaten raw. Similar in flavor to bell peppers but smaller in size, these ripen to a deep red with concentrated sweetness, making them perfect for roasting, stuffing, grilling, or simply slicing raw.  Sold in a 1lb bag (5-7 peppers).
