Italian Sweet Peppers (Green Only currently)

Long and slender Italian horn peppers with a rich, sweet flavor and thin skin that roast and sauté beautifully but can also be eaten raw. Similar in flavor to bell peppers but smaller and more narrow in size, these eventually ripen to a deep red with concentrated sweetness, making them perfect for roasting, stuffing, grilling, or simply slicing raw.  Sold in a bag (6-8 peppers).
