Butternut Squash

Smooth, sweet, and deeply nourishing, our butternut squash is a Fall staple!  Its velvety orange flesh roasts into caramelized perfection, purees into silky soups, and anchors countless seasonal meals. We grow these with patience over the summer, letting the sun cure their skins so they’ll store well in your kitchen.  Approximately 3lb per order (1-2 squashes).
